📍 Shipping within the U.S.: 3-7 business days
🌍 International Shipping: 7-14 business days
📦 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

🚚 Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
🎁 Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 within the U.S.

For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the provided link.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We work with reliable shipping carriers, but delays and issues may occur.

  • 📦 If your order is delayed, please allow extra time due to carrier processing.
  • ❌ If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at info@jollygoody.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • 🚨 If your package arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the package and items within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assist with claims, replacements, or refunds as necessary.

 

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
